The primary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and grants access to the second bathroom located in the hallway.
Located in building 16, situated within the upper cul-de-sac of buildings 15 – 20, this site is a short walk from the main clubhouse and has a complimentary town shuttle stop just a few steps from the building’s entrance.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
