In the living room, you will discover a sizable flat-screen television, a gas fireplace, modern leather furnishings, and access to a private deck that offers a delightful view of the forest from the second floor of the building.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom equipped with in-floor radiant heat, a newly tiled shower and tub enclosure, dual vanity sinks, a queen-sized bed, and a television. The second bedroom features a custom log-framed captain’s bunk, with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The main hallway bathroom has been renovated with a new tiled shower, vanity, and in-floor radiant heat.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, town shuttle service, and close proximity to the clubhouse are available to all guests staying in building 6. Please be aware that this unit does not include air conditioning.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
