- 3rd Floor Unit. You will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. 
- No A/C due to cool Mountain Climate
- Must be 25 years old to reserve this property
- In the event that a private hot tub in a rental property becomes inoperable during your stay, SkyRun Winter Park will make all attempts to correct the problem as soon as possible and refund a maximum of $25 per day.  This does not apply to on-site recreational facilities where the guest has access to.

The place is great in many ways. It's attractively put together. It's small but well designed to use the space and attractive. Frequent bus to the lifts. Hot tubs and warm swimming pool are great. The one improvement is to replace the sofa bed. It is not sleepable for an adult. The bars in the bed frame are readily felt through the 4 inch mattress and bed is very uncomfortable. Couch is fine, and attractive, but not a functional sleeper couch.

Small but Convenient
This complex is conveniently located right behind the main drag in Winter Park within walking distance to everything the town has to offer. The Lift free bus service stops just one building away for access to the resort. The unit is quite small but has a separate bedroom, full kitchen and pull-out couch in front of the fireplace—cozy for a couple and perhaps up to two young children but two couples would be very cramped. The clubhouse has good facilities but is a little walk (or drive if you prefer) away. There is not much of a view other than the Fraser River below, some trees and the other buildings. Keep on mind this unit is on the third floor and there are no elevators so pack light. Also, the balcony is shared so other guests will be walking by your front door and window. While the unit was clean and adequately stocked, it can use hooks on the back of the bedroom and bathroom doors, and a towel rack on the bathroom wall rather than artwork. The faux wood flooring in the living area looked nice but is substandard and unfinished at the thresholds. Nothing here is a deal breaker though, and the unit is a good value for the location.

The instructions were to take out the trash but there was no information provided about where to take it. I found it odd anyway that the guest should be asked to take out the trash. By the way, a wastebasket in the bathroom (shower and tub area) was not entirely empty of trash on arrival, but it was a very small amount. Overall, the property was clean and well kept.

Perfect Christmas Vacation!
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed and all the necessities. The steps unloading and loading were were a struggle but we expected that. Close enough to everything and quiet. Property was as described!
