Comfy Stay With Plenty of Room

This place is located next to the railroad track but I was able to sleep just fine. Enjoyed the hot tub also plenty of room and place was clean and comfy.

Nice Condo- very comfortable- easy drive to the mountain and very close shuttle access as well. Downtown was within reasonable walking distance. Fireplace and hot tub were a plus! Would stay here again and recommend to friends.

It is a great place to stay in Winter Park! Lots of room, quiet area, and the private hot tub was a huge plus! All the amenities are great! I would recommend this place to anyone going to Winter Park!

The condo is in a great location. The interior is outdated and could improve on its cleanliness. The host was easy to communicate with and proximity to ski resort was great.

Winter Park Townhome

I have been to Winter Park many times. This was a nice place to stay and everything went smoothly. Would recommend staying at this Townhome for anyone wanting a nice quiet getaway

Loved this condo

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The kitchen was very well stocked with condiments and spices. The beds were comfortable. The mud room was the perfect place to drop our gear and shoes. Really liked having a private hot tub. The unit was quiet and the host was easy to get in touch with. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Great location!

This place was perfect for our family. It was close to town and lots of trails for hiking/biking. The townhouse was clean, comfortable and well set up. Rich has the house stocked with everything you might need. We would definitely stay there again!

Family Winter getaway

We had a wonderful stay in Fraser! The townhome was immaculate and had everything we needed. It is only a short drive to Winter Park Resort. Rich responded quickly to questions and even let us check in early. I would definitely stay there again!

Great condo in Winter Park

We had a great stay at this property. The property was clean and just as described in the listing. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs (master and bunk bed room) with 2 bathrooms. Upstairs is a half bath with the fold out couch. The hot tub was great! Communication with Rich was great. The location of the property is very convenient to both Winter Park and Fraser. We would absolutely stay here again.

A little tricky to find but worth it

Google maps had us at the entirely wrong location. Make sure you update your map program to find this place. Once you do, it's pretty secluded and beautiful.

Winter Park Mountain Biking

Absolutely loved the location! Many fabulous mountain biking trails nearby. The condo kitchen was well stocked. The Netflix and Amazon Prime were a welcomed treat after a long day of biking!
