    We just installed new Karastan carpet/pad in the condo and It looks and feels amazing!! !

    It just doesn't get any better than this! Gorgeous and unique ground-level walkout ranch on the Fraser river. We are the largest and only custom three bedroom 'suite' in the complex. Modern 100% custom 1600 sq. ft. condo decked out with hand-scraped hickory floors, concrete counter tops, oiled rubbed bronze fixtures and stainless appliances. Never run out of hot water with our high end instant heat boiler. Radiant heat for total indoor comfort. Plenty of room for two families with all the modern amenities. Three bedroom, two bath sleeps 8-10. At the base of the Winter Park Ski Resort... walk to the lifts and village. Or take the 30 second free shuttle ride to the resort that picks you up right out front. Lightly used community hot tub & sauna literally steps away. Park right at the back door! Hop on the Fraser river trail a half block away and enjoy the scenery on the gorgeous two mile paved path to downtown. In the winter take the free shuttle that picks up right out front and go to dinner, the new Fraser rec center or just about anywhere else.

    Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps 8-10 guests comfortably. New Serta IComfort King bed in master bedroom plus full bath. New queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Full over full bunk in 3rd Bedroom with additional twin bed and twin trundle (4 beds in bunk room). plus baby crib. Additional air-mat sleeper for family room.

The place was nice and spacious. Unfortunately we couldn't cook on the BBQ grill. We brought food to do just that. The grill was filthy inside and out.

Fantastic location. Being literally right on the river, and right across the street from the bus stop to the ski area, was really nice and convenient. The place is spacious and comfortable.

Great!

We loved staying here. The location was perfect for our family, and we loved sitting out on the back patio, enjoying the river. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely consider coming back the next time we are in Winter Park.

Condo in winter park place

We liked the location and layout of the property. Although, you could technically walk to the slopes, we found that the lift ride app was great for taking the bus to the village. The kitchen is spacious if you are planning to cook meals in as we did. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!

Wonderful property, amazing amenities! We had an exceptional time at this condo. Access was easy, and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The stream out the back patio was super peaceful.

Perfection

The location is awesome, just a short walk or shuttle ride to the resort. The floor level with the river view was majestic & great for letting dogs out. Everything was clean and comfortable. The sauna and hot tub are connected to the condo which was really cool. Couldn’t have been better honestly!

Amazing creek front condo!

This is one of the coolest and coziest condos I have rented in CO. If your lucky enough to find this one available don’t hesitate to rent it.

Perfect spot

Ski trip with family. House was great, with lots of room. a lot of snow so didn't get to enjoy the backyard by the river. Shuttle right out front to the gondola. would definitely stay again

Perfect for larger group ski trip

This a very large condo with three bedrooms, large fully stocked kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining area. A bit far to wlak to slopes with ski boots, but bus ride is less than a minute and busses come frequently. Would stay here again without hesitation

Great condo for a family vacation

Great location. Could actually walk to slopes. Nice open family area where we could all be together in the evenings. Paul was very available and responsive. I think this is a great selection for any family wanting to stay close to the Winter Park village. The bus system for the Winter Park-Fraser area was very inconsistent; therefore being as close as we were to the resort was very helpful.

Great Spot Right on the River

We had a great visit to this property. Being on the ground floor was so convenient and having the Fraser River right outside was so lovely. The home is roomy and there was plenty of space for my family of five. The kitchen is gorgeous and pretty well stocked with everything you need. There is not a washer or dryer in the unit. It is on site and requires quarters to operate.

Great location-Pet friendly

Easy access to WP resort and peaceful stay right on the Fraser River. Master bedroom and bath are very nice…comfortable bed. Towels need to be replaced with some new ones and 2 of the blinds are broke. Very spacious and great access to hot tub. Living room furniture is worn and a little uncomfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Overall, we would stay here again.

Beautiful Rivers Edge Condo

We loved our stay in Winter Park. The condo, especially with the screen door open, had a lovely view of the river. The bedrooms worked well for our family, although I do agree with other reviewers that the floor in the master bath/shower is very slippery. My kids loved the bunk beds and the master bed was comfortable. We did walk to winter park, but the uphill climb was a little much for my three year old so we were glad to have a stroller. Cute place, would recommend

Great location and large condo

We had a wonderful time staying here over Presidents weekend. It was super close to the mountain which made skiing with my little kids a lot easier. It was big and had lots of places to sleep. The only small issue we had was the loud noise/stomping coming from the condo above us very late and very early every night/day. It was really loud! Other than that it was a great place.

Ski weekend

Good space, well equipped, nice layout, easy wifi and tv. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Walked next door to A Frame Club for dinner one night, and that was awesome. We had a crazy moment with wildlife one evening when a momma moose and her calf came up on the patio and stared through the window at us, then walked through the snow drifts alongside the house until they took off back toward the river. Only drawback to the location was the Old Town shuttle does not run on week days, so we ended up carrying our skis and walking to the base on Friday.

Great location and property, would recommend.

This was a great location and property. The only thing that was a miss by the property manager was there was no hand soap in the condo for washing hands, no dish soap for dishes, and no extra toilet paper. Not a huge deal but definitely inconvenient and for the price we paid.

Best Location in Winter Park

We had a fantastic time at this riverfront condo. The location is unbeatable. Waking up to the sound of the river right outside our door every day was amazing, and we enjoyed spending every evening watching the river flow by. The Fraser River Trail is just up the street, so we could easily ride our bikes or walk into downtown Winter Park. Hiking and mountain bike trails are also very close. The beds were comfortable, and the master bathroom is gorgeous! There was plenty of space for a family of four and a dog. We also really appreciated that the hot tub was right next to the condo. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed. Paul was super responsive, and we would love to come stay again!
