The unit comprises two full bathrooms, one connected to the master bedroom and the other situated in the main hallway. Furthermore, all essential linens, towels, dishware, and cookware are provided for your convenience. Please be aware that there is no air conditioning available in the unit.
Within a two minute walk from the condominium, guests have access to the main clubhouse amenities, and the complimentary town shuttle halts at the of the pathway leading to the unit.
The Clubhouse offers a range of amenities such as heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with a fireplace, flat screen TV and complimentary Wi-Fi access. Additionally, guests have the option to rent the meeting room and self-catering kitchen area for a fee.
Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations will be rigorously upheld, with a 200 fine imposed on guests who violate them.
