"I stay here all the time since I had my class reunion bc the hotel is great & area is in a good spot and yu not to far at all from the mall and food places and I live in Orlando but once I married we live in Ga now previous military family and I always comes back to this hotel to visit but l like it and it’s clean enough for me to stay and the front desk is so nice , friendly , and caring. I will give them a 5/5. "

"The stay was a bit of a mixed bag of good and bad. Cesar, the host, was welcoming and very communicative before and during much of the stay. At first all looked ok, but late in the evening 10/30 into the morning 10/31 we saw there were a number of issues, and 11/1 more issues occurred:10/31 report was made to Cesar and VRBO, partial credit was issued:beds had long hairs in them on the sheets and/or pillowsfloors in the bedrooms and bathrooms were not properly cleaned. rooms are setup on a remote control system with individual remotes for their lights and fans, but the signals cross causing one remote to control both so we ended up waking each other up accidentally during the night a few times. The fan also in the smaller guest room with the full and twin bed clicked very loudly every time used. Had to get our own fan to use in one room due to AC being boxed and at a set temp making the house at times get warmer than we liked.Microwave had broken handle and had to be pried open to use11/1 report was made to Cesar and VRBO, 2nd issue was left unresolved additional credit pending:Wall shelf in bathroom fell due to improper installationFuse for kitchen blew causing lights, microwave, air fryer, and toaster oven unusable. The only other plugs available to use were also connected to blown fuse. Other things of note: this is a shared house with limited access to laundry, both couches are broken (one literally coming apart), & the walls are very thin. Charming this was not."

"Your place was spotless! We had such a good time with teambuilding activities at this phenomenal location! We admired the travel-themed deco that is creative, thoughtful and interesting. We laughed around the fire pit! We played air hockey and arcade games! We enjoyed pizza at the huge dining room table. I had coffee around the pool. There were plenty of kitchen supplies and clean thick towels. My favorite was the huge bathroom and soaking tub, both of which I used. I also enjoyed the luxurious chaise as a perfect spot to catch up on my paperback with some hot tea. The Switzerland mattress was divine! The Castaway room (pool room with bed) is fully decorated, but did smell musty and wasn't appealing since it's separate from the house, thus a walk to the bathroom. So, we didn't use it, instead bunking up with several of us in the "kids room." We seemed entirely safe in the friendly neighborhood. The location is near some spectacular restaurants and definitely convenient to Disney, which we did partake in, as well!"
