Unfortunately my experience at this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, the keys did not work, I had to go to the front desk three times before it was resolved. There was no hot water, and the following day the water was completely shut off until 6:00 p.m. The staff said all rooms had been notified, but my room was not informed that there would be no water. The only call I received was to say what time the water would return, not to warn about the outage. Additionally, the staff member who checked me in said he had no information about the water issue, as he had been off for several days and had just returned to work.

Tuesday – Arrival. After getting ready to shower and lie down for the night, we noticed the shower head was not working; we had only cold water from the faucet, no hot water. The manager stated that they are working to resolve the issue and that it should be resolved within the hour. Wednesday, the next day, upon waking to a shower or hot water still not working, I requested a room change, as all three rooms on three different levels were experiencing the same issue: no water from the shower head, barely any cold water from the faucet, and still no hot water. We were told someone would be there at 1000 to fix the issue. We arrive back at the hotel later in the evening to find the problem has not been resolved. Thursday. If I leave, they will reimburse me for the room; however, it may take a few days to receive the money. We did not have enough funds to stay in another hotel, wait for reimbursement, and continue our vacation, so we opted to stay at a hotel without a working shower or hot water, knowing we would be reimbursed at the end of our stay. Friday – Saturday, no working shower, barely working faucet with only cold water. Sunday – Departed, I was told I would be reimbursed 50% by the managers later in the day, when they arrive. This was said to me by the desk clerk on Saturday night and again on Sunday morning, when we departed. The receipt they gave does not show a 50% reimbursement. This has been the worst IHG stay at a Holiday Inn Express.

The short, front desk man was not the very personable. Idk, he may have just been having a bad day. We did not have hot water for 2 out of the 3 days that we stayed there. Upon checkout, we were told that we would receive some money back or a discount for the inconvenience. Still waiting on that. The free breakfast and the cleanliness of the rooms were definitely appreciated. However, we will not being staying here again.

On the first night, we were not provided sufficient bath towels and the air conditioning did not work. When I called down, the receptionist placed me on hold and did not return after leaving me on hold. I then went to front desk in person, and she was playing on her phone with the hotel phone off the hook.

We booked a suite with a sofa bed and 2 queen beds. We got a room with a cot and 2 double beds. When we raised the issue with the hotel we got attitude. We are not getting what we paid for. Also the cot was breaking and we couldn’t use it. When asked for replacements, we were told that it would be impossible However a replacement was found but no sheeting and the mattress was stained. This is the first time I have used Expedia and what I got from you guys suck. I want my money refunded.
The room we booked was to come with a sofa bed. This is what we were given and a broken cot to boot.

I had my room changed. The first room I was in had no hot water in the shower and there was mold in the shower and on the ceiling. This hotel needs to be updated a bit. The only plus was the woman working breakfast time, she was super friendly.
