The holiday apartment complex is perfectly situated right at the entrance to the ski area and the surrounding hiking trails, making it an ideal starting point for both winter sports and summer adventures. After an active day outdoors, you can unwind in the communal indoor swimming pool, kept at a pleasant 25°C, or enjoy a soothing session in the sauna, which is available for a small fee. Sauna coins can be conveniently obtained from the caretaker in the morning.
If you still have energy left, a table‑tennis room located in the basement beneath “59” offers additional fun. For longer stays, practical amenities such as a washing machine (for a fee) and a nearby drying room are at your disposal.
To make exploring the region even easier, you will receive the Sauerland Card upon arrival. This card allows you to travel free of charge by train and bus, giving you excellent mobility throughout the area without any extra costs.

The living area features a comfortable box‑spring bed for two people, cleverly integrated so that no bed disturbs the space during the day. This allows the room to remain open, bright, and inviting at all times. From your private balcony, you can enjoy the fresh, clear air of the Hochsauerland in complete tranquility.
The compact kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, making self‑catering simple and enjoyable. The bathroom includes a bathtub with a shower function, a toilet, and a sink—providing all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

Some accommodations offer access to a shared swimming pool or a nearby one. All pools are heated.A deposit of €100 is required through a SEPA authorization form, sent in advance and filled in at check-in. The form allows us to deduct up to €100 in case of damage.
