“If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! ”

“There were several issues. The lock box with the keys couldn't be opened, no one knew the code. The automatic deadbolt lock wouldn't open with number pad and could not be fixed remotely. An employee came to building to help and had me download app and it worked but took over 2 hours to get things working and I was late to an engagement. The TV never worked even with texts and calls made to report it. I was told someone would be fixing that and the microwave but they never showed. ”

“This is a very cute older historical home in a beautiful neighborhood. We had 5 adult women get together for the weekend, and this place fit our group perfectly. One of us snores so the 3rd floor bedroom option fit perfectly, just a tad noise from the highway but slept great with a fan running on high over the fan. “I absolutely loved my stay here!! It was so clean and cozy with everything I needed to relax. I loved the privacy and view from the windows too. So pretty! The bedding was really nice. “The apartment was just what we were looking for for a weekend in Des Moines with my daughter, and our dog. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the place was cozy.
