「Our cabin was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast and had a wonderful walk around the lake at Benalla before heading off for Tasmania. Staff very pleasant and helpful. 」

「We had a great time at the Brookfield Guesthouse. Property was immaculate and the kids loved the maze and a swim at the river. Staff were super friendly and helpful. 」

「The house was warm and inviting and everything we needed was provided. The kids enjoyed the shearing shed and calling the cattle ( they thought it was feeding time ). The Moyhu Hotel gave us a great dining experience and looked after the kids. The hosts were very helpful. Some GPS systems will bring you in on the wrong end of the road. Some privacy locks on the bathroom and laundry would be handy. Thanks Peter and Ros for a great weekend venue. It was a bit further from Winton than we expected...

「Cannot recommend the lake house highly enough; well maintained garden with areas to play or just sit and chat. Good for large groups as you don’t feel as you are on top of one another. The bedrooms are a good size with everything clean and tidy. The kitchen has plenty of storage and all the kitchen utensils, pots pans, glass ware you could possibly need.
