Enjoy an apartment for 2 people
Quiet and located at the foot of the Alsatian vineyard (Alsace wine route). Close to amenities: bakery, supermarket, restaurant, bus stop.
Located on the 2nd floor without elevator. A private parking space is at your disposal in front of the building.
You will enjoy directly architecture, museums, Christmas markets a few minutes.

Europa-park: 45 min.
Colmar: 4km
Eguisheim: 4km
Kaysersberg: 12km
Riquewihr: 14km
Ribeauvillé: 17km

The location makes the apartment an ideal base for all visits, without the parking problems experienced by the people of Colmar.

The apartment consists of:
- an entrance corridor.
- A bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity with mirror.
- a living room with an angel sofa convertible into a bed.
- a dresser and a TV stand and flat screen.
- an open and equipped kitchen with 4 induction hobs, a fridge, a coffee maker and the necessary to make food: pots for pasta and stoves.
TV and internet with Wi-Fi.
Outside, a pretty balcony without opposite to see the nature.

Médiocre logement

Très minimaliste, aucune penderie, draps troués lit très mou, vaisselle très pauvre !!! Je ne conseille pas du tout !!!

Visite de Colmar

Aucun nettoyage des lieux et nous avons dû passer le balai, nettoyer les choses du locataire précédent, retirer les draps et vider les ordures. Accès à la douche trop petit pour personne corpulente. Situation hors de contrôle du propriétaire. Nous avons écourté notre séjour en demandant une compensation sans aucune réponse du propriétaire sauf pour le crédit des frais de nettoyage qui n'est jamais arrivé. En somme je ne recommande pas ce lieu car il y a beaucoup mieux ailleurs.
