The villa was great! The service- not so much.

Front desk ignored me both in person and when I called. Possibly due to me booking on vrbo? I’m not sure. Furnace was noisy in the unit, I called to let front desk know and they informed me they’d move anyone else checking in but not me (again, possibly because I booked on vrbo?). Beautiful place but I still don’t know where the pool is as I didn’t receive a map nor was it explained to me.

Everything was absolutely horrible, and they gave away our last reserved night to someone else. So, we had to cut our vacation short and they Never refunded me.

Great stay, rough check in

Stay was great, however the resort seemed overwhelmed with the amount of people checking in causing a long line and quit the delay.

Poor communications with the property manager

While on our way to our reserved villa, I got a call from the property manager telling me that the villa I reserved is no longer available. Note, that we are already on our way and it was 1 hour away from check in time. I reserved 2 bedrooms and 2 baths because we have 2 senior citizens with us. Now, they're telling me that I have 2 options, either accept the cabin their going to give me which is a 2 bedroom and ONLY 1 bath or cancel the reservation. If do not make a choice they will automatically cancel my reservation. I had no choice but to accept their offer since we are already there and not have any place to stay.
