My husband and I joined a last minute family trip to the Dells and it was a fair price for the location and cleanliness. It is definitely outdated and the AC would stay on just for a couple of hours and then we had to switch it to fan mode or else it would have been too warm in there. It was nice to be so close to the strip and a lot of attractions. Overall, it was a nice stay!

My only concern was parking that is very limited. They ran out of parking so when I arrived at night, we called the front desk and they instructed us to park at the church right there at the motel. This did work out.

Very clean!

We just had a quick stay. We wanted an outside pool and this hotel had good reviews. Reviews were right in. The room and hotel was very clean just a bit outdated. The staff were very helpful as well. The room was overpriced but the Dells in the summer is expensive and busy. Overall happy with our stay. It’s also walkable to a lot of things to do and places to eat.

It’s down the street from the bars and restaurants and is downtown which is nice a walkable. Room was clean and nice hotel is old fashioned

The rooms are very simple and a bit small, but everything was very clean and the location is amazing if you want to walk the Broadway strip in the evening without worrying about driving. This was our first time staying in the downtown area instead of going with a larger resort. We were amazed at how much more relaxing the experience was. Will definitely return again.

NEXT TO DOWNTOWN ENTERTAINMENT!

Small hotel right next to downtown with lots of bars, live music, shopping, and restaurants! We love to walk downtown at night and enjoy all the entertainment. Very clean room and pool! It is a mom and pop motel for less than $100 a night! We will go back—it was all we needed! CLEAN!

Althought one of many old motels on or close to Broadway St. close to the attractions, this place was exceptionally clean and fresh smelling. The bed was firm and comfortable. The pool was very clean as well. You can tell it's an old place as the deep end is nine feet deep. However, there is a floating rope separating the shallow end from the deep end. The caretaker was friendly and helpful. She adjusted check-out time to better suit our needs. At the rates they charge, especially this place is a winning choice.

It was a summer weekend stay. So prices were up, I am afraid. Our room was very tiny, old and sad. The shower head was missing and water faucet of the shower did not move. So we did not take a shower. For the money we paid, it was just a place to sleep on a creaky bed and not worth the money.
