The kitchen is well stocked and comes with full size appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining room area has a table with seating for 6, along with additional seating at the kitchen breakfast bar and the adjacent sun room. The home offers complimentary premium Wi-Fi for your convenience.
The large master bedroom has a king size bed and TV, and has its own private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms both have queen size beds and TVs. There is an additional bathroom with a shower tub combo right down the hall for added convenience. The roomy laundry room with a washer and dryer opens up into the powder room.
Head down into the basement where you will find 2 living rooms with board games, 2 TVs, a bar, a theater room and four futons. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower level and features a king bed and a TV. A third bathroom is located in the hallway and has a walk-in shower.
Prairie Dust is within walking distance to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. This home is pet friendly – pet fees of $75 per dog, max of two dogs, sorry no cats allowed. The home sleeps a maximum of 12; rates are based on 8 people over the age of 3. After 8 guests, an additional guest fee of $15 per person per night applies. Holidays require a $250 Security Deposit.
