Hidden gem! Very good for the price you pay. Nice rooms. Just had some dirty pillow cases which is a let down from last time I stayed. Hallways smell. Other than that not bad.

This hotel has been clearly renovated and the owners seem great. The hotel is 100% smoke-free now but was formerly a smoking facility as that smell lingers. We used a bit of Febreze in the room and that helped. That issue may be helped by running steady AC in the common areas.

The best part about the property were the beds. They were so comfortable. We did have to get a new room because our first room had stains on the comforters. The walls were dirty and there was a half used roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. The halls were musty. The pool and hot tub seemed pretty clean but there was not a lot of lightning pool area. The breakfast was okay. Bagels, toast, weird cinnamon rolls, weird muffins, cereal, packs of oatmeal, sausage, eggs and make your own waffles. There was also yogurt, apple juice, orange juice and cranberry juice. There were apples and bananas but the apples were all wrinkly and old. The housekeeping staff was very nice. I did hear a lot of footsteps coming from upstairs which was bothersome. I’m unsure if I would stay here again.

We had this hotel for two nights. We left after the first night. The hotel had a horrible smell in it. When I got to the room, my blanket had all hair in it. The walls were paper, thin, and you could hardly sleep. In the morning when I want to use the shower, the tub wouldn’t drain.

It was newly remodeled so it didn’t look ancient. Modern look. Mostly used to get a nights sleep and shower. It was a bit noisy on part of people in the next room and the walls are pretty thin, therefore I did not get a good nights sleep but the bed and pillows were comfortable. Overall for the price it was good value.

The staff was very friendly and allowed us to check in two hours early. It was very clean and recently remodeled. I loved it because it's close to everything, but also separates you from the busier, more crowded areas. It's very quiet. It was just what I was looking for for my family and me. The breakfast was good: bread, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee, and juice.

Amazing customer service, the workers were very pleasant and nice, room service was amazing! The initial hotel is extremely close to all the attractions and things in Wisconsin Dells, and was a decently calm area! Would definitely stay here again! Breakfast was also good!

Newly remodeled so modern furnishings with sufficient room amenities and in room phone. Microwave and fridge in room, also ironing board, full length mirror and huge TV. Air conditioning unit is quiet. Not much noise, must be fairly thick walls and doors on property. Small indoor pool. Good hot breakfast: eggs, sausage, waffles, muffin assortment, fresh fruit, yougurt, bagels, bread for toast and three juices. Coffee 24 hrs in the lobby. Easy check-in, pleasant staff.

We stayed at this hotel for a night and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is a big plus—it’s right next to the Crystal Grand Theater, which was super convenient for our evening plans. The hotel itself is newly renovated, and the room felt clean and modern. The bedding looked lovely and clean, but it felt more like two thin sheets than a comforter. I ended up grabbing my emergency blanket from the car because I was a bit cold during the night. While the room was in good shape, some of the renovations felt a little rushed—things like the paint and trim looked a bit shotty up close. Also, the guests in the room next to us were very loud, clearly having some sort of party, and the entire floor was filled with a strong curry smell, which wasn’t pleasant. Despite those things, I did enjoy our stay and would stay here again, especially for the location.
