This was a perfect stay for our family. The unit is larger than it looks in pics. Everything we needed was there. Nice, quiet, secluded area.

Great Stay

The unit was as described, but when I got there I was still pleasantly surprised. The rental was very clean and was larger than i expected. The restaurant was a great asset to have on site, good menu, good food, great drinks!

Family fun

The condo was very nice. Spring Brook is close to everything. My 2 grandchildren ages 8 and 10 loved having the pools so close. The rooms were large. I have been renting condos and cabins for family get togethers for 8+ years. The kitchen was nice but we did not do much cooking. We took advantage of the fun events and many wonderful restaurants. only negative was no elevator

Everything was great. The only real disappointment was the instruction to wash, dry and put away all the dishes we used. Usually when I rent a place, the instructions are just to load and start the dishwasher before leaving. This was especially difficult with such an early (10 AM) check out time.

Appliances could've been a little bigger

We had a good however, the stove didn't work when we got there and maintenance had to come fix it on sat, and the tv in the living room could've been a little bigger.

Spacious place to hang out with family

The accommodations were clean and beyond roomy. But, in a post-COVID world, I expect resorts to be clean. Apparently, the resort does not, as an envelope was left for us to tip the cleaning staff if we thought they had done a tremendous job. Considering what we paid for one night and left it in meticulous condition, I would hope that the resort would take responsibility for appropriately paying their staff! The only other complaint I have is that we were told a room number that does not even exist. My husband walked down the hallway punching in our code until a door opened. Weird!
