「Lovely Hotel, staff very good and rooms comfortable.
Only complaint was it was a Saturday night and they shut the pub at 10.40pm when we had come back and wanted a drink and as a resident have never been refused even after closing time of 11pm let alone before and thought was very poor service.」

The staff were all very kind and helpful.
It was a few short steps to the peaceful beach and easy to walk into Skegness town centre.
I had a chip butty one night and it was huge! :)
Only downside would be the hill and stairs up to the entrance and room if you have limited mobility. Wasn’t enough hot water to fill the bath at night, but that could be due to...

「Lovely property, you can see the lake from the living room window. Perfect for the little ones to see the ducks in the morning, excellent location. Very clean & tidy. Had everything we needed.
Lovely decking area with table & chairs.
The park it self has a lovely swimming pool, amazing kids club & parks.
Will definitely book to come back again. 」

「We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!」
