  • Newly renovated three bedroom one bath home -sleeps 5. Heat and Air Conditioning. Internet. Hulu & Live TV. New kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances. Ample parking. Large Deck with table for 6 and additional seating for 4 with beautiful view and amazing sunsets. Breakwall with 80 feet of water frontage. Can fish directly from the breakwall. Ladder access to water level. No dock. Gas Grill. Firepit. Two Kayaks for your use. Various board games and decks of cards. Outdoor lawn games (horseshoes & bocci ball). Boat launch nearby. Ten minutes from Sodus Bay. Channel access to Lake Ontario. 15 minutes to Chimney Bluff State Park and wineries and 20 minutes to Fair Haven State Park (beach). No smoking or vaping inside please. No pets. No parties. To respect neighbors quiet time is before 9am and after 10pm.
