Unit was dirty.
Screen to front door was broken.
Two bulbs above bathroom sink not working without replacement bulbs available.
Bulb over ceiling light in bathroom not working.
Shower curtain in bathroom stained from ? Mildew??
Kitchen oven dirty.
Utensil holder in drawer dirty.
Pictures available.
I notified Maverick Management Co. who responded saying they would notify their team, however no one came to unit.
This was the first AND last time I will use VRBO.
