Riverside Studio has direct access to Minnamurra River. Enjoy the river as the tide moves in and out, and explore the sand bank and Mystics Beach near the inlet. All the amenities you could need are close by, and if you are travelling with family or friends you can also stay in Riverside Cottage. And, for those guests with an EV there is a Tesla compatible charger on site.

Where will I be?
Riverside Studio has direct access to Minnamurra River. Within easy walking distance you will find cafes and the Minnamurra train station. It is a 3 minute drive to the local IGA, liquor shop and takeaways.

How is the property laid out?
Riverside Studio has a queen bed as well as a double sofa bed ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Please let us know at the time of booking if you are planning on using the sofa bed. There is a kitchenette with air fryer, electric frypan, slow cooker, a microwave, and a separate single induction cooking ring. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV - will I have it?
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.
What about outdoors?
Riverside Studio has a secure yard as well as an undercover outdoor area with a BBQ. There is direct access to Minnamurra River.
Staying warm or keeping cool?
There is air conditioning, a fan, and heater. All of the windows and the side door to the studio have flyscreens, so you can catch the breeze in the summer.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
Sheets, pillows, doonas, linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!
Parking for cars, boats etc?
There is off street parking for one car.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?
Riverside Studio is a pet friendly property, however please note that the Minnamurra River is not a pet off leash area and dogs are not allowed to swim in the river, or along its banks. You will need to keep you dog on the property or walk it elsewhere. Your pet stay is also subject to the following rules, please:
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately
What are the minimum stay rules?
- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
