「Clean quiet room」

「Very good all round ! Except pet-friendly charge excessive compared to all the other Hotels we use regularly! Who normally charge between £6-£20 and are sometimes free. With the additional car parking charge now it is making our stay with you be carefully thought about. Shame you are becoming a bit Corporate greedy!! 」

「Very warm and friendly welcome by all staff with great service and excellent choice of drinks especially there own Plumb Gin. Yummy. Very relaxed about our slightly late arrival. We loved the Innovative and quirky decor throughout. Bed was so comfy and the complimentary port for a night cap,loved it. So nice that there was no TV. In the bedroom too. Complimentary breakfast delicious and plenty food, hot and cold drinks to start your day. Definitely would really recommend staying here....

「Friendly and polite staff. Hotel located in town center with lots of shops and a variety of restaurants nearby. The on-site car park is first-come-first serve and becomes full early. Be prepared to park in off-site paid car park if you drive.」

「Bad wifi and limited facilities. No fridge in the room, gym or anything really other than a square room with dodgy aircon. I would give it a 3 star but the staff were so friendly and helpful that it deserves a 5.」

「Nice old hotel with friendly, very professional staff. Clean, pleasant room with high ceiling, comfortable temperature. Bed was a touch hard for my taste, but thats the only criticism I had. Breakfast was nice and great value if booked with the room.」

「The hotel has recently been refurbished but still has the ‘old’ side which you can select the room for stay if you are interested in this historic experience. Those rooms will be available for cheaper prices as well. I chose to stay at the ‘newer’ side for my accommodation this time as they are usually more comfortable for a good night sleep. I was correct and the room looks amazing and spacious too! What a wonderful refurbishment with great designs. Staff were also very helpful and friendly...

As usual, lovely view over folkestone harbour , with white cliff of dover in the background. Good music event on 1 of the 2 nights. 」

「We booked the same day for 4 of us. Fantastic hostess, Farrah. My cousin and our Mothers, my cousin is pregnant so Farrah gave me a seperate room next door so we had 2 bathrooms at no extra cost. Great location, very warm and friendly atmosphere. All the places recommended to us in the area were great and we had a fantastic stay! Would highly recommend.」
