This is our second time staying here and our room was not cleaned as the first time. There were stains on the walls, the bathroom shower gel had hairs on it, the towels also had hairs.

Staff were very nice and I could tell they were working with a deck that was stacked against them. This review is NOT about them, it's about the corporate decisions and structure of this hotel. Pool heater didn't work well and the pool was frigid. The outside grills didn't get hot enough and ruined some salmon that we bought to cook out there. The beds were really uncomfortable and the pillow's sucked. The breakfast was terrible, (basically gas station biscuits with some other things like cereal and yogurt). Housekeeping didn't show up when we were told they would. There was no entrance near the 2 story parking deck. AC unit rattled excessively. Really just a very uncomfortable and sub-par experience overall. I'm very dissatisfied with my stay there. And they have a "Your stay is on us" guarantee that I expect them to wiggle out of. Do not stay at this chain of hotels.

I personally will never stay here again: Our bathroom was dirty. I asked 3 times for it to be clean and was told they clean on Wednesday and Saturdays only. Cool, what about giving me a dirty bathroom to start. I cleaned the shower and someone else’s hair out of it. Every day we had to ask for our room key to be reactivated. We’d go out, come back and couldn’t unlock our room or the back door. Seems normal right. I had to buy my own conditioner because there was no conditioner. After two days they finally gave me some. Our neighbor played video games from sunrise to sunset and their dog barked all the time. I had to buy ear plugs. Oh and my kids never got to use the pool as it was out of commission. I’ve stayed at many hotels and many Hilton’s and this was pretty much the crappiest one.

It was easy to get to and check in was a breeze. The room was quiet and nice. There was not many towels for showering and there was almost no creamer for coffee. There was no regular sugar. The bed was cozy and soft but firm. It was great having the divider for the bed and couch. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice hotel. Rooms come with a large TV and nice sofa. The breakfast served is excellent. Mall is very close and other shops are in walking distance.

A stop on our way to Florida
Overall, our stay was nice. When we arrived, keys door did’nt work but it was fixed immediately. Good choices for breakfast. Pool seems dirty, cause water was’nt clear and it was a bit cold.

No towels
The hotel ran out of towels. How do you have a room for 4 and given 1 towel for 4 people. Front desk says there are none. Rooms came with only shampoo. No conditioner or lotions.all the areas were dirty. The pool was full of clumps of hair. The is an absolute horrible hotel.

Sound insulation is horrible. I could hear kids screaming and jumping on their bed from the floor above, and I could hear the lady talking on her phone in the parking lot. I saw a dog pooped on the rug in front of the elevator. I was at 4 points Sheraton in Flushing this summer, and I slept great despite a hotel full of customers. I do not recommend Home2Suite.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is clean. The room is very spacious with full size fridge. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient, the breakfast is decent. We will stay here again.

Everything was pretty good except the 2 shower heads didn’t work. The water came out of the spout for a tub but I turned the shower diverter and nothing happened. Very clean and check in was easy.

Our stay was a not so good. We got there and they gave us a different kind of room from the selected. We made this reservation a month ahead. I choose a room with two queen beds and they gave us a room with just one bed and not even a queen size. We are big people and it was very uncomfortable to sleep. The other part of our family had to stay over in a family’s house. When I saw the room, I talked to one of the person at the front desk and he told me that the hotel was sold out and that it was his supervisor who did the room’s arrangement. Walking down the hallway we found some dogs poop, that someone left it. I understand that is a pets friendly hotel but they should be more careful. Very disappointed!
