Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whilst the house is lovely and the outdoor & pool area awesome the lawn was in desperate need of a mow, weeds in the rocks around pool area and all gardens in need of weeding. Not good to be overgrow at any time but especially not good in snake season. The cleanliness of the house was ok but not terrific. I gave a 3 out of 5 for property management as the Admin assistance chastised me for arriving prior to the 2pm entry time but the house was ready for us to go and unpack, so we were given the keys.
