「This place is amazing looking just like the pictures. In walking distance to lots of restaurants but then away from the hustle and the bustle of the night life for a quiet nights. Beach was right there and absolutely beautiful!!! Definitely will be back !!」

「We had a wonderful time. Very short walk to the beach. The location can not be beat. Cute cottages. We stayed in one and a friend stayed in another. The kiddos were safely running between. They are very nice old cottages. Cant beat the location. Capt. AL always responded. Thank you! We had a great time.」

「We had a wonderful time at the property and enjoyed all of the walking distance attractions. You are so close to the beach and dozens of restaurants and bars. The cottage was a perfect home base for exploring Clearwater Beach. We’ll definitely be returning, this place is a gem!」

「Great location to the beach with an amazing bed. The only issue is the mold or mildew smell and it is overwhelming. They have an air purifying machine but this mildew smell gets into all of your belongings. We have had to was everything. Otherwise it is a GREAT location. Hopefully they can try to fix this issue and it would be perfect.」

「What an awesome spot to stay! We were there for 5 wonderful nights! The lodging is exactly as described - no hidden gotchas. The beach is across the street and you’re in the sand within 2 mins or less. There are chairs and an umbrella that you can take or you can rent a spot on the beach which is what we did personally with the big individual canopy for 2 with loungers. There is a market within walking distance or Uber will deliver groceries. Salty’s is right next door to the property and has...

「The old Florida cottage was old Florida. It was clean with history and very friendly property management. I grew up in this area and this is what vacation was before all the resorts cluttered the beach. I mis booked our cottage and the manager met me and fixed it without argument. Close to the beach and far enough from south beach that you had some peaceful time off. Would definitely go back and have already recommended to several friends and family.」
