My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. “The location is really convenient, the hotel offers nice food and drinks..etc. I do enjoy it except the shower room is not easy to use, and there’s no washing tablets offered, the dryer doesn’t really work as the clothes was wet after drying hours. ”

“Be aware that this is a residential property without your own entrance. It is in a shabby and unsafe feeling part of town and the pictures are not representative of the property at all. Owners uncontactable in any way. As a single traveller, I did not stay here as i felt very unsafe on arrival. Expedia are yet to support me in the process and i ended up paying for a second property.”

“The apartment was nice and spacious. However only two towels were provided for 4 people, upon asking for more we received back a message to say there was more in the cupboard unfolded. These towels were dirty with stains on them. The apartment was quite dusty and bathrooms were not the cleanest, the owner of the property explained the cleaners were busy however offered no apology. Upstairs noises all night, and had to shut windows as outside traffic and noise from neighbours. ”
