The Inn is very charming and the staff was super friendly. We sat by the fire at night and enjoyed walking to the covered bridge and along the creek. Very happy with our stay!!

This is a lovely Inn outside of Woodstock. For some reason I thought there was a place to eat on site so that was a little confusing when we arrived. The seating down at the river was enjoyed several times while we were there.

This is a really nice property with parking and a river across. It’s beautiful with a lot of outdoor space. Rooms were decent and staff was nice and helpful.

Lovely place just a few miles (10 minutes) outside of the town center, and very accessible to everything we wanted to do. The grounds were beautiful and relaxing. We drove into town center several times but we were glad we stayed away from the crowds. There's a wonderful Farmer's Market super close, so our last night, we ate in with the food we purchased there. Full refrigerator, microwave and all the comforts of home. Not a huge room, but so well organized that I worked great for the two of us. Would stay here again. Nice hosts!

If you are visiting Woodstock, VT, this is a wonderful place to stay! The location is great- just 5 min from the main strip and easy to get anywhere else. The staff there were very nice, helpful and accommodating. The owner gave us a list of restaurants and cafes to check out in the area as well as recommendations for things to do all of which was really helpful to make the best of our trip! I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the owner and staff were. They were so friendly! The room was spacious and beautiful and the grounds are gorgeous! It’s right next to a beautiful river, covered bridge and has lots of outdoor space to hangout comfortably. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay! We will come again!

The property was very nice , very clean and comfortable. A very well kept property . We really enjoyed being able to sit on the patio and have a fire at night. The property is beautiful and set right on the river. We will definitely be back in the future .

The room was clean and serviceable but really nothing more. The inn needs something other than unlimited coffee and hot chocolate for amenities. The “Gallery” is a collection of the owner’s daughter’s artwork- the paintings were nice but not a variety of artists or mediums of professional quality.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, nice amenities, and the coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar in reception was impressive and free. The staff were helpful and professional. The building was clearly very old but extremely well maintained.

We loved the property and the grounds. We were able to use the full kitchen in the common area off the main house. The rooms were clean and the bed was luxurious. The fire pit was an added bonus. We will definitely book again.

The room was perfect and the outside area was fantastic. Located right on a river with a covered bridge that was an easy walk. Had a great conversation with the owner one night on the outside patio with a fire going in the fireplace on the patio. Would definitely stay there again when in the Woodstock area. Inn is dated 1791.

Lincoln Inn looks charming, especially at the height of leaf-peeping season. However, there are three things that are subpar. No breakfast. No television (which isn't a problem unless there is an important sporting event you are following). Weak and volatile Wi-Fi. If none of those things is important to you, then Lincoln Inn is perfectly fine. Otherwise, you will leave frustrated.
