“Our host was fantastic at staying in touch with us. As an example, we first had some challenges locking the tiny house door, and Elizabeth wrote us right back with help. The house is adorable and on a very quiet, woodsy lot. It is a good value for the money with a nice bathroom. The heat and AC work well. “House is ideal for large groups. In addition to wonderful pool and hot tub there are several large seating areas where everyone can gather. In evening there ‘s an outdoor fireplace with seating for 10…pretty magical! House is at end of a quiet street and has very nice landscaping. “This house was perfect for our family reunion. Our host was responsive with answers to our questions. The house was clean and well stocked. The layout with 2 kitchens and two sitting areas was a lot of fun and we had plenty of space to accommodate the millennials vs boomers We are thinking of making a visit to this house a yearly tradition ”

“Stayed over Labor Day weekend for Dromfest, a small local music festival. House was cute, spotlessly clean, and check in was easy. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was great. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would expect. Walking distance down the hill to Main Street. We will be back!”

“Beautiful house and amazing location. In the bedrooms, it really feels like you are in a tree house. The house is secluded but it's within 10min of New Paltz, Gardiner, and Minnewaska. Perfect to unplug for a long weekend. ”
