「My husband and I were in town to watch the Dave Matthews Band for 2 nights. When searching for a place to stay, location to the venue and good eateries were a must. We walked into our apartment and it was a whole vibe in itself. Beautiful hardwood floors, decor was top notch, spacious and clean - it was like I was a part of the band staying in my own little suite because it sits above a music store too. 「I can’t say enough good things about this vacation home!!! This was our second time staying at this house and both experiences have been great! The house is always super clean and is stocked with everything you will need. We loved the dock, fishing was great from it and it is so convenient being so close to the boat launch. The owners were great to deal with and so helpful. I would definitely recommend this house!!!!!!」

「Captain Ron is absolutely the most wonderful host. It is an older boat with a retro 70s style! That is where the charm is for me! Any issues with being an older boat are way out-weighed by the charm of the boat, the beautiful natural area and a wonderful and interesting host! Sitting on the front of that boat, looking out across the water, the rest of the world melts away! I would say if you are a larger sized person, you would have difficulty getting up and down the stairs to the different...

「My husband, daughter and I were in Richmond for our son’s graduation.The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Really nice near by restaurants and a vintage market on the weekend. Definitely recommend!」

「Overall this was a very desirable location and rental. Huge front and back yard, well decorated and smelled awesome when we walk in. Minor issues with microwave handle being broken on the bottom and uncleaned oven that created a lot of smoke when turned on. We cleaned as best we could to prepare dinner and carried on. "选择伯克利酒店入住10晚是正确的选择。酒店比较有年代感，不同于标准的商务型星级酒店，公共区域不大，很有家的氛围，与里士满这座历史名城风格很搭。Ms.Star非常友善，保持对客人的关注，在入住期间中有任何问题都能及时得到解答，并且随时准备着解决顾客的难题。预订了小套房，一晚后提出升级要求后及时换到了更加满意的阳台房，房型都很宽敞明亮，床品舒适，休闲工作区域设置合理。特别要提的是酒店的餐厅，我在那里尝试了午餐、晚餐和几乎所有10天的早餐（除了周一休息），餐厅餐品实际的色味远超出酒店门口的展示牌，与主厨的交流令人愉快，餐厅的服务也令人满意。酒店的位置可以便利的到达任何热门地点，步行可达河边和多个景点，如果不愿意走路，城市的公交系统运行高效并且免费，去到较远的short pump购物中心也十分方便。总之，非常愉快的一次入住，给你在家之外有家的感觉。今后去到里士满毫无疑问将继续入住伯克利酒店。"
