「Despite knowing my booking, the room when I arrived late evening was freezing cold to the point everything including bedding felt damp and had to keep coat on for over an hour when wanting to go to bed. When did get warm enough in the bedroom, i still had to sleep layered up until the early hours I did ring the contact and she did explain the complex procedure to re pressure the boiler , but this should have been check prior to my arrival 」

「We spent four nights recently in Serendipity in the Lakelands complex in Ambleside.
