"Great, friendly and helpful staff and management. Rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights and would highly recommend this hotel."
"Great customer service at bars and restaurants. Walking distance to shopping strip. Room service took about an hour to bring water and clean towels. Carlos bartender was amazing. Charlene at underground has exceptional customer service care. Prices are great. Would stay again"
"The staff was very friendly. The room was also clean with multiple tv channels to choose from. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were lumpy. The area safe with easy on and off from highway. "

"The staff was amazing. We went into the hotel room and noticed the bathroom floor was sticky and the shower was dirty. She stopped what she was doing, and the staff had gone home for the day and she did it herself. She cleaned the bathroom. The rest of the place was clean and very well kept. The only thing I had a problem with the beds are really lumpy."
"Personel were very friendly and pleasant.
The Tv in my room would turn itself off. Longest it stayed on was just over 20 min. It would shut off at 1 min, 2min 30 sec...it was random and annoying. Maintenance did come by and of course it never did it. Could use some updating; floor pieces were buckled, obvious water damage on the ceiling, bathroom door was needing replaced, and the bed was too soft for my taste as well as the pillows. It was fine for 1 night, especially for the price."
"Very clean and properly kept and upgraded. Sometimes you see hotels where the upgrades look like cheap patches, this hotel was as nice as you should expect from any decent hotel."
