「Clean, comfortable bed, plenty of amenities. Steps and entry were a little awkward. Street parking only unless you paid extra for their garage which was a very tight fit for my sedan. Note older building so could hear neighbors but it wasn’t intrusive. Also note 3.6 miles to Wrigley was a 25 minute drive. Overall great place and would stay again.」

「The host responded quickly to my requests. Apartment was clean. Kitchen well stocked with cooking, utensils, spices, etc. He registered my car so I coiud park on the street without any problem. Close to the Blue Line stop to take the "L" into downtown Chicago.」

「Hot water only lasted for 10 mins each shower. No one available for immediate after hours services (i.e need new blanket sets), and the adjacent parking garage was closed…so guest had to walk a considerable distance to get to our vehicles AND pay very high one way parking fees every-night. It would have been perfect without those issues however.」

「My wife and I stayed here when we came to town for a concert at the united center. We actually walked to the venue and it was about 45 mins, a lovely walk. It was a very convenient location, lovely apartment, and the host communicated very well. Check in and out was easy. Great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.」

「I would characterize this property as “fine”. I only needed to stay one night for a business trip and it got the job done. Getting in/out was a little cumbersome with a lockbox to retrieve a set of keys. Hot water took quite a long time to heat up and deliver for a shower. Shower bathtub and amenities were lacking. Again, it got the job done for a night of sleep.」
