Horrible bed. Very dated decor. Dirty sink. Ground-floor windows did not lock or could not be locked. Severe mold in bath/shower. No drain cover. Strong chemical smell in lobby. No one available to get receipt at checkout. Pretty much a dump.

This is not a hotel—it’s a complete dump! When we checked in, the trash cans were full of used soap, bottles, and other garbage. One trash can was even placed on the table, the other on the nightstand. The bed was wrinkled and clearly hadn’t been changed since the last guests. The microwave didn’t work, all the furniture was broken, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the hotel was built. When we complained about the cleanliness, the hotel claimed the room was clean. It’s really sad that the hotel’s standards of cleanliness are fit for animals, not people. Never stay in this dump!

People appeared to be living there, parking lot torn up, dirty room, flys and ants, smell, light bulbs burnt out, bed frame aluminum and made loud noises everytime you moved.

It was the worst hotel experience in my life. The room was disgustingly filthy. The owner was condescending and tried saying that I should have booked a room in his other building. The pictures on their website weren't the kind of room I was given. I booked 4 nights but stayed only one. I currently have a complaint in with Expedia to get my money back for the three night. Pictures and video were sent.

This is one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever seen in my life staff was rude and did not inform us that the swimming pool didn't work or that the door was broken to the swimming pool the pool was emptied there's construction materials laying all around it very unsafe both doors to the building we're broken and banging all night long there was a small Blackberry stain on the sheet from my baby's clothes they charged me $150 for the bedding if you have children do not stay here it's unsafe and unclean

I never stayed there i checked in for 15 mins saw the way the room lockked and the fact that there was no pool closed advertised on there website troubled me to. So i ask for a refund they refused told us we had to go through Expedia to get our refund. So we tried and they refused because the days in called us a liar even though we have pictures which i will upload.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

This hotel should not be able to rent rooms. It was filthy, thick dust everywhere on all surfaces and on the carpets. Really dirty splattered and finger prints on mirror and tv. Food in the frig. Orange peels, water bottle caps and other debris on the floor. DISGUSTING! And a very broken entry door that would not close. Advertised breakfast and indoor. No breakfast. Pool was empty and used as a storage area. It should not be listed on Hotels.com

This hotel seems to be just letting itself be run into the ground. We originally booked our stay because of the pool and breakfast included. We arrived and pool area was full of junk. There was no breakfast. On top of that the door to the outside was obviously broken and the building not secured. The room was filthy, grime everywhere, no soap in the bathtub (they were empty leaving grime underneath). Stained bedding and sheets had cigarette holes. Do not stay here unless cost is an absolute factor for you.

The first room that was selected for me was still under construction with visible wiring switches and plugs hanging out of the walls visible surface dirt on floors and furniture Linen on bed not changed visible surface dirt on Facebook as well as bathroom the second room that I was assigned to had the same conditions only the bed appear to be made with appropriate pillows & the wiring was intact upon my check out I did bring this to the attention of the facility management and personnel I was told that they apologize and thought that the rooms were cleaned appropriately I suggested to them to physically inspect their rooms to ensure their guest is having a comfortable stay

I recently had a great experience at a Wyndham motel in Trinidad, CO so I thought I'd found an upgrade to where I often stay in Worhtington. I was mistaken. This motel is very run down. The furniture was torn and shabby, the TV didn't work (probably a remote battery), the toilet seat was broken, light fixtures didn't work, and the room wasn't clean. I prepaid so I was stuck. Never again!
