“I had to call him 3 times to come down and check me in. Didn’t start out good.A place to rest your head.We didn’t touch the breakfast.Not so appealing.”

“I used to stay in Jackson when traveling for business, however I could not take the Hotels in that town, so Picked Worthington instead. Was 100 percent a good decision. Way nicer hotel, the food at breakfast was good, room was clean , staff was friendly. Much better choice than anywhere in Jackson to stay. Will stay here every time going for business from this point forward. Food was easy to find around the hotel for dinner and was a just a better experience then what I'm used too when having to……

“Room was clean, hallways were showing a little wear. Beds were due for a pad or replacement, springs could be felt. Breakfast was decent along with the location. Staff were friendly, would stay again.”

“The hotel room was clean, with a pleasant, fresh linen scent. The beds were comfortable. While the room could benefit from some minor repairs, other than that, it was an excellent stay.”

“Our room was only half painted. The fixtures looked ancient. I saw a red stain on the wall in the bathroom. The breakfast space was so cramped we could barely move between the juice and the waffles. Choices were very limited. When we arrived, we dialed 0 to get the desk manager. When she answered, her first words were “oh no.” The key to our room did not work, but the desk manager resolved the problem quickly.”

“Bed and sheets were clean, the floor could have used some cleaning. Staff was courteous. Overall OK. It is what you would expect from a hotel off the freeway.”

“Our room was very clean and the beds were comfy. I loved the room darkening shades and slept so good! The only staff member we saw was the man who checked us in and he was so happy and pleasant. He also did amazing at breakfast and was cleaning tables after each guest was done and making sure everything was full. Only neg part was the syrup was very sticky but the second day it was much better! We already reserved our spot next year.”

“Wifi and television did not connect so we were unable to work on our computers or even watch local channels. Room was poorly lit and smelled stale. Bathroom is cramped with poor venting and extremely small shower stall. Walls are extremely thin; can hear people clearly in the hall and next door. Overall was a bed to sleep in and nothing more.”

“Front desk had so much stuff and junk in the lobby area. Did not look clean at all. Front desk came in bare foot. Was friendly, but... Room was okay. Hallway stunk. Did not feel safe at all. Pool was not working and room was full of boxes. Husband asked about coffee. Front desk response was, "we.can get some for you". Buildings were not maintained. Description on line was disceptive. “When we checked in with another couple we were placed at opposite ends of the motel even after we requested to be close to each other. Then after checking into one of the rooms there was water all over the bathroom floor and it smelled to pee, so they were moved to another room.
