“This is a unique stay on the world famous Cabot Trail. It is a one room cabin, like a treehouse over looking St Anns Bay. The washroom facilities are a short walk down hill the facilities. It is not for everybody. It definitely worked for us! We spent 5 nights of relaxing after the beautiful drives we took on the Cabot Trail. The bed was great and having a coffee on the front deck was a great way to start the day. Thank you to the hosts! Cheers @EddieMac75 ”

“The property was very nice, all the units were private with nice outdoor space for relaxing. Washrooms, showers and cookhouse were all well maintained, nice that the kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking”

“The property was a self contained second floor unit. We had a view of the ocean and a short walk to a beautiful beach. The property was spotless, well equipped and had a bbq on the balcony which had chairs for 4 people. There were other cottages and units but the development was well laid out.”

“The location was beautiful and well cared for. It is a true family run business with the feeling of the passion and love of the owners in all aspects. My brother and I enjoyed our stay and met the owners *who gave me a ride back up the hill when I forgot my keys! I would recommend to anyone looking for a Cabot Trail basecamp! ”

“Cozy cabin in the woods, our dog didn’t want to leave. The bed was a double but we slept better in it than we did with some queen beds. The cabin can get warm for summer but we were able to create a good cross breeze by opening both windows and using the fan provided. It is a beautiful glamping experience. The compost toilet was the biggest adjustment for us. The ferry nearby can be a little noisy if sitting outside but hardly ever noticed it in the cabin. Unfortunately the trails and sauna were……

“Maude’s place is a beautiful, cozy house with a lovely view. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck, watching the boats and birds. A small beach is right at the end of the driveway and a nice place for a short walk. The kitchen was well equipped. The national park is nearby and has many wonderful trails to hike. We thoroughly our stay and hope to be able to visit again soon!”
