"The hotel is going through renovations at this time. The changes are really great. The staff is always professional and attentive. There is ample parking close to the entrance.The breakfast is adequate unless you are gluten free as I am. It would be nice if they offered gluten free alternatives. Also, there needs to be water bottle filing stations so you can get water to stay hydrated. There is one water filtration station located in the gym, but it is not the most convenient. I’m excited to return after all the renovations have been completed."

"The staff here are amazing. From the General Manager Evelyn to all the staff including Brandon, Amy and the tall dude with salt n pepper hair who is a friendly gentle giant. Everyone here at this hotel is welcoming and genuinely care about making sure you have a good stay. The pool and hot tub are well maintained and they have a little store in the hotel that is very well equipped. They have ice cream in it and if you tell them to not let you have more than one ice cream…they remind you but let you get your fill! If I wanted to be very critical of judging this hotel I could say the couches and tvs in the room could be updated but everything is maintained very well and everything is clean! The breakfast does need some work… I’ve stayed at the holiday inn hotel next door and while it is newer, this Hampton inn has more amenities, the staff is better, and it feels more like a home. I recommend this Hampton inn for visits in asheboro over every hotel and I’ve stayed at every one of them"

"This was an older type of hotel so it was not quite up to par with some of the newer places but it was comfortable and the front desk staff were professional and helpful. They could use another luggage dolly or two. People had to wait to use one when checking out. I only saw 2 dollies to use when I was there."

"The room was fairly clean. There was something on the comforter which did bother me a little but I brought my own blanket so just took it off and moved on. The bathroom could have been cleaner but wasn’t enough to cause an issue over. Overall, I’d stay here again."
