Enjoy the peaceful lake view and being just a short walk from two beaches in this cozy and bright condo.

This space is perfect if you are looking for a fun and enjoyable vacation. There are multiple ways to enjoy the views of 150 acre Lake Aspen – relax on the balcony, walk right down to the shore, or take the two provided kayaks out on the water.

This updated condo provides everything you need to enjoy your stay. It can accommodate up to 4 adult guests. The condo features hardwood floors, a queen size bed, a sofa sleeper, and an additional twin size foldable memory foam mattresses. It also has a wood-burning fireplace, comfortable furniture, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, and two kayaks. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, family vacation, or girls’ trip! Please note the foldable twin mattress is 6-inches deep and while comfortable, it lays on the floor.

Guests can participate in any of the Innsbrook community events during your stay. The condo is located a short drive from the golf course, the pool & fitness center, children’s playground, laundry facilities, the Market Café with Starbucks, and the Clubhouse Bar & Grille.

Wonderful stay at resort!

We absolutely loved this place! We had everything we needed and more! You can walk to the lake, drive to the awesome pool! The condo was fully equipped, lots of bedding and comfy towels. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfect family vacation

We have a family of 4. My husband and two kids 11 and 6 and I stayed here and it was perfect for us! The location is great! The two kayaks were really great for us too! Fishing and family fun were had on this lake! Very family friendly!

Mother’s Day Getaway

This is our second annual Mother’s Day getaway! The property was very spacious for being a studio. The owners were tastefully innovative. Beautifully updated! Clean! Waterfront! We enjoyed a cool morning on the deck. 2 kayaks were available and made for such a fun afternoon enjoying the beautiful lake/waterfront properties. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely enjoyed our stay, we would come back! Came for a wedding, but if we had more time so much to do- as the rental had kayaks and beach supply. Owner was great too. Sent recommendations & answered all questions! Only complaint is the check out process, it’s odd to me that they ask us to take the trash out and so many other steps (strip the beds, start the dish washer). We barely had any trash given there for a wedding, but super inconvenient as the dumpsters aren’t close or easy to access. Still would come back to this rental though as everything else is great!

We loved our short stay here. It was very cozy. The view was beautiful. The host was easy to communicate with. It was clean. The only 2 things that were disappointing were that there was not a lighter to start the fireplace and the resort's restaurant was closed for a chunk of the winter season, which it did not say on the Innsbrook website so we were surprised to learn that our dinner plans had to change. Other than that, we did enjoy our time here!

This was a super cute condo that was clean and comfortable. The furniture was generally very comfortable. The bed is on the firmer side but still comfortable. The bed is high up if that is an issue for anyone. The instructions for checkout were clearly labeled on the door. The door code was sent over timely for check in. I would stay here again.
