“The hotel is fairly new, so iy was clean overall. The main issue for this hotel is the fact that you can hear EVERYTHING! You can even hear your next door guests talking. Also outside noises are easily heard, which makes light sleepers to wake up back to back. Luckily for me, I'm far from being a light sleeper, but in other hand, my fiancé is alight sleep, which made it difficult for him to sleep well. I think when they built this building, they should've paid more attention to……

“During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night.”

“Our tv didn’t work or our air conditioner. Frustrating to be charged more than we should have been! I even called before we came and they never admitted the $75. Charge for pets. Terrible policy!”

“The lobby, food area, bar, along with the hallways and room were exceptionally clean and well maintained ! The staff was courteous and responsive to any questions or needs. It had been awhile since our stay at BW but we will certainly return in the near future. We have family and upcoming events in Leland and we will be recommending BW to our families and friends attending and visiting. The prices were also very competitive and very reasonable! We enjoyed the stay very much !”

“The property was very nice and comfortable. The complimentary evening drinks and breakfast were a great bonus, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the breakfast was. The pool was nice, although it looked a little bigger in the photos. The location was one of the best parts of the stay. The views were great, downtown was within walking distance, and it was easy to get to restaurants, shops, and attractions. Wrightsville Beach was also only a short drive away, which made it convenient to……
