“The room was terrible. It smelled so musty and like mild/mold. Went to the front desk, asked for a new room and was told they were sold out. Asked for my money back, was told I can't do that. Luckily a friend stayed there too, her room was rough, but didn't have the same smell so he slept in there. I opened our door and let it open for about 2 hours and still couldn't get the smell out. I slept in the room I paid for. Woke up in the am and my sinuses were so messed up. I couldn't breath and was……

“The pictures definitely made the room seem better than it was. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean, but the quality of their “remodel” was not good at all”

“This was a great stay, clean, comfortable, great breakfast, convenient check in/out, parking close to room and very nice price. My only complaints were, the room had no curtains black out or otherwise. There was a thin roll down shade that not only didn't keep light out but, I am sure people could see in. Also, the walls are very thin and it was very noisy, people passing by, doors closing, neighbors chatter and tv's as well as an elevator that was not close enough to know where it was but I……

“It says it has continental breakfast and there is only cereal, bagels, and coffee. Very noisy, the refrigerator is bad quality. I put ice in the freezer and it melted. The cards to enter the rooms sometimes do not work. All in all, I would say a 3 star stay. Mediocre at best.”
