We had a couple very minor issues while staying there (ice machine was leaking, and a beep noise was coming from the pool filter) and he responded immediately to get them taken care of. There are plenty of nice touches that you don't see at all rental properties - complimentary coffee and wine, all linens, and the above mentioned ice machine. "Housekeeper made the bed nicely but didn’t change to new set of bedding. The bed has other people’s hair and the dirt from the feet. We called the front desk mentions this problem. Finally , front desk came up help us the change both bed. Thanks god front desk able to help us. Otherwise, no housekeeper is in the hotel after 3pm. And we cannot sleep with that bed. "
