The property was sparse the bed settee had a hole in the seat pad. The main bed was like sleeping on springs with a cover. The pillows were small and minimal stuffing. The bathroom had a horrid smell of blocked drains. We stayed the night and checked out the following day found a hotel in the square with great location and comfortable.

No TV, this is advertised on Expedia. The first room was terrible, with very basic furnishings and an unpleasant smell. I was moved to a better room but this had no blinds/curtains.

The initial room provided was unacceptable due to a significant mold patch on the wall. Upon relocation, the second room lacked a television, as management had reportedly removed them from all units. Furthermore, the thermostat control for the bathroom heating was missing, rendering the space uncomfortably cold. The front desk staff confirmed no further room options were available, necessitating an overnight stay before a scheduled transfer to an alternative property the following morning. Upon arrival at the second hotel, the staff requested redundant payment for the remaining two nights. It required multiple follow-up calls between the properties to rectify the billing error and secure my room. Consequently, one and a half days of my vacation were spent managing these logistical issues rather than enjoying my stay.

Central location, great transport links. Quiet location, spacious room, clean and tidy the room didn’t look like the photo but was still a apartment as described, still five stars.

The room we were initially assigned was completely different from the one we had carefully selected when making our booking. We went back to reception to clarify the situation and were told that the photos shown on the website are only examples of what guests may get and do not necessarily represent the exact room they will be assigned. We found this quite disappointing, as we had specifically chosen the room based on the photos. However, the receptionist was very accommodating and changed our room without any issue. The second room was much closer to what we had originally selected. We had also contacted the property in advance to request that the sofa bed be prepared, as we planned to use both beds. Nothing had been prepared in the initial room, whereas in the second room, the additional bed was already made up. A little surprising, but we were happy to have been able to switch rooms. The room itself was fine, but it was quite worn and in need of some upkeep. Some of the basic furnishings and fixtures were damaged, the sofa had visible stains, and the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Overall, you can tell that the apartment has seen better days and could use some care and attention.
