Cozy hostel, not so friendly staff
Cozy room with spacious bathroom. All other staff are friendly and helpful except the manager, who looked so impatient when you ask her questions. Close to Wroclaw main station with just 10 minutes walk.

The lady at the reception was very helpful,we checked in late night(after 12 am). Room was clean and enough space. Walkable distance the city.

Centralt and cleen, but to mutch noise and party
It was a central and cleen hoste, that was good, the big problem here is that people had party just outside the main door of the hostel, really noisi and they were smoking, and all the smoke came inn my window, that was not to comfortable.

the hotel is well located. However there was many things i dont like : the personal aren't very friendly, from times to times only. And one of the housekeepers told me that i will have big problems cause i took the wrong bed in a 6 dormitory room with no people. I don't know which kind of problem she's talking about but all of that just because of a bed, it's stupid. There is also not a lot of people, not a lot of young people to meet which makes it difficult to connect with people. i definitely wont comeback here.

Wszystko super
Tani hostel w dobrej lokalizacji. Bardzo ciepły budynek, w środku lata wewnątrz było cieplej niż na zewnątrz. Na klatce schodowej i w pokoju czysto. Papier toaletowy i mydło dostępne w łazience. Wygodne, duże szafki - zmieściła mi się do niej średnia walizka i mały plecak z luzem. Przy pobycie przechowanie bagażu w recepcji darmowe, więc super opcja, aby wymeldować się rano, pozwiedzać i odebrać rzeczy przed wyjazdem.

Mega hostel o standarcie hotelu!
Mega hostel! Chociaż, od hostelu tu jest tylko to, że się śpi w pokoju z obcymi ludźmi. Standard pokoi, łazienki, jakość łóżek i materacy - są lepsze niż w niektórych trzygwiazdkowych hotelach :) Pokoje są mega czyste. Pościel - prześcieradło, poduszka i kołdra są w szafce, trzeba je samodzielnie pościelić na łóżku, ale ogromnym plusem jest to, że nikt oprócz Ciebie przed twoim zameldowaniem do pokoju ich nie dotykał. Jest winda, w pokoju 4-osobowym łazienka była przystosowana do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych. Wszystkie drzwi - mocne przeciwpozarowe. Niby drobnica - a bezpieczniej :) Można wykupić śniadanie. Jest kuchnia z czajnikiem, mikrofalą, wszystkimi niezbędnymi naczyniami i garnkami, można ugotować coś do jedzenia. Na stołówce można oglądać TV, obok recepcji jest komputer do użytku gości. Jedyny minus - kawę i herbatę trzeba mieć swoją.

clean hostel, enjoyed my stay.
Bed sheets smelt lovely. This is a very clean hostel. The reception staff were great. I was feeling uncomfortable with one of my room mates, and I asked to change my room after the first night. The team here were wonderful, and placed me in another room. Thank you. Currently guests are not able to leave luggage. This may be part of their new Covid related rules. The only bathrooms available to use are the one in rooms. If your room mate is using this bathroom, there is no alternative.

Why didn't "the lady" open the door twice?
I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights. The people in my room were all quiet and nice, the room was clean and quite spacious, the kitchen was not very big but enough to make some food and have a cup of tea, and the receptionists were all kind and helpful. However, I have one question which I really want to ask. To get into the hostel, every guest should ring the bell at the front door, and I had no problems with it except when "one lady" was working at the reception. When she was on duty, I rang the bell 5 times until the door was opened, and I saw her work at the reception. It was the first time, so I didn't take it seriously. But, the second time, I rang the bell more than 15 times and waited outside for 5 minutes. Fortunately, one guy opened the door for me from the inside. I went to the reception and the lady was there. She was just at the reception, and she couldn't miss the bell sound because the sound is really big. I didn't have time enough to ask her the reason why she didn't open the door as I had to catch a bus, but I really want to know "WAS IT DELIBERATE? I RANG THE BELL 15 TIMES CONSECUTIVELY FOR 5 MINUTES AND SHE WAS AT THE RECEPTION. WHAT WAS GOING ON THEN? WAS SHE IN THE RESTROOM? I THINK SHE WOULD NEVER BE IN THE RESTROOM. WHAT WAS IT SERIOUSLY?"
