Spiżowa Modern Studio is located in the western part of Wrocław, in a quiet and well-connected area of the Fabryczna district, surrounded by residential buildings and greenery. It is an ideal location for those who value peace, comfort, and good access to the city center. In the immediate vicinity, there are many shops and service points – just a few steps from the building is the liquor store "70" and the cozy Cafe Mili, perfect for a morning coffee or an afternoon dessert. Within a few hundred meters, you will also find Biedronka, Żabka, a bakery, a pharmacy, and a greengrocer, making daily shopping especially convenient.

The area around the apartment is perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities – nearby are Park Zachodni and Grabiszyński Park, ideal for walks, jogging, or bike rides. Shopping and entertainment enthusiasts can reach Magnolia Park, one of the largest shopping centers in Wrocław, in just a few minutes. Thanks to excellent public transport connections (tram and bus stops: Mosiężna, Metalowców), it takes about 15 minutes to reach the Market Square and Old Town, where numerous tourist attractions, restaurants, bars, and Wrocław’s famous dwarfs await. At a similar distance, you will also find Sky Tower with its observation deck and Aqua Park with pools and a sauna area.

Spiżowa Modern Studio is an excellent choice for both short stays and longer rentals – it combines comfort, local amenities, and a great base for exploring the city.

Spiżowa Modern Studio features a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, as well as a bathroom. Guests have access to a range of practical amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a TV, washer-dryer, iron, hairdryer, induction stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and kitchen utensils. Guests can use the shared outdoor parking, though spaces are not guaranteed.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building that does not have an elevator.

To start your stay, we provide a set of basic hygiene items, such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Please note that these are available in limited quantities and are intended primarily for the first few days of your stay. To ensure full comfort for the remainder of your visit, we recommend purchasing additional supplies according to your needs.
