The nearest grocery shop Żabka is located in the same building, and you can walk to the supermarket in 4 minutes. The flat is located in the new housing estate "Śródmieście Odnowa", so the immediate surroundings are well developed. The complex creates a closed space with a green courtyard, in the middle of which there is a charming pavilion and a children's playground.
