「We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience 」

「Meadow Terrace is in a great location in Shrewsbury. A parking space is available for the duration of the stay. The beds were very comfortable. It is an old house on 3 levels, so quite a few stairs, but with plenty of room for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. It was our second time here.」

「This is our 8th stay here. It's a lovely lodge in a peaceful, rural setting with a few other lodges surrounding it. It is really well equipped, comfortable an excellent find. We originally came for the steam railway that's nearby but our son lives close by so it's convenient for visiting. Jan and Paul are great hosts, nothing to much trouble and it's always spotless.」

「We located the property after a change in date for a Archery tournament and the original booking could not be altered and so glad we did. Its a beautiful setting and very secure with the kit we were traveling with. We were greeted by the owners who made us fee extremely welcome. Minor issue to take care of otherwise a nice stay!
"A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it out for improvement in the future."
