從來沒遇過這種經驗…
照片上說明「時尚雙人房，可入住 5 人 (包括最多 3 位兒童)」，我們一家二大二小(5歲/10歲)入住時，卻臨時要收加床費800元，說什麼我們多帶人來，要收人頭費800元/人，後來說要算我們便宜只收一人就好，我電話上跟老闆娘說我們已在訂房網付清費用了，加床就加床，口氣不用這麼差! 入住時房間冰箱飲料沒清理，地上還有沙子，整體有待加強!
