「We had an amazing getaway and the cottage had everything we needed, set in a quiet peaceful surrounding on this stunning property. The indoor log fire and outdoor firepit were ready to go and kept us very comfortable during the cool nights. The property manager was very helpful and polite both before and during our pet-friendly stay. We would stay again!」

「We arrived on a wet, cold wintry afternoon to the glow of a crackling fire. The home was warm, spotless, spacious with quality in every detail. And the view - misty hills, rolling clouds, better than any photo could capture. Everything we needed was provided, making it perfect.」

「Well located and cosy villa on a peaceful bush block in Chidlow. One of our better school holiday stays with a well equipped, maintained and very clean home. The loft, spa and broad collection of books and toys was great to entertain the kids (2 under 7) who were able to stay off devices for 4 days!Check-in was easy, with home and grounds being safe and easily accessible. It's clear that Mark and Fay put care and quality into their home.Would happily stay again. 」

「I was on a working holiday for 11 nights & due to the peace & quiet, achieved much & it was a productive time. Visited by a small, cute Quenda (an Australian marsupial). I also visited the York Festival during my stay. The chalet had everything I needed, even a spa! Close to Mundaring shops for essentials and a morning coffee or breakfast at the Lazy Corner Cafe. 「We had the most amazing stay! The property is absolutely stunning and The Gatehouse itself was so much more than what we expected. So spacious and so well appointed. They have definitely thought of every little thing you need for a wonderful stay. They even spoilt us with cheese and biscuits and supplies on arrival. 「I stayed with my 10 and 13 year old kids. The cottage was exactly what I was hoping for. The kids loved feeding the farm animals, we saw beautiful birds and a shingle back came to visit; view was beautiful and it’s close to town. 」

「The property was great! Comfortable and clean. The only down side was the map to get there was inaccurate. After a long travel day to get there this was very frustrating. Also lack of light bulbs working was also average. Range hood, lamps,and some ceiling light, either missing or not working. Overall though we had a great time and would stay again.」

「OH MY GOD! this farm stay was the perfect getaway to zone out and relax for the weekend. Just 1 hour out of Perth and we could star gaze and watch the sheep go by in the well thought out hammock on the deck. We will absolutely be back, could not be happier with the stay!」
