Nice stay

The location of the hotel is great, extra close to metro station and a huge market around it, the location is just amazing. Friendly staff which is very important. The room is clean, it has all the basics. It can get loud at night from the outside area, like music and people laughing, but I dont mind that. The transportation is seconds away from the hotel. All in all it was a nice stay and I recommend it, I just wish they had kittles and bar fridge, but I noticed that in Germany hotels barely have that, but I wish they do. But nevertheless I totally recommend it, its safe and nice and clean. Just one thing that bothered me, curtains had light colour and it could barely block the sun light, I wish cudtains could block sun light.

Will never repeat

Complete disaster. Room poor and expensive. Heating in the hotel broken at arrival and the owners were not able to fix it so I had to sleep with all the clothes in+coat

Zentrale Lage direkt an der Schwebebahn, wenige Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt, mitten in der Stadt! Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Service sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Recomendable

No tuve ningún problema con la estancia. El personal fue amable. La habitación era correcta y todo estaba limpio y funcionando bien. Pese a estar enfrente de la estación no había ruido del exterior. El único problema fue con la gente que estuvo hablando hasta tarde en el vestíbulo de la planta 2, se oía todo.

Positiv:Hotel verkehrsgünstig .Negativ: 1 Handtuch drei Tage, 2 Kleiderbügel, vom Bett kein Lichtschalter erreichbar, freie Steckdose defekt, Seifenspender defekt , WLAN sehr langsam, TV und Radiosenderliste fehlt so ist es eine Zumutung, Frühstück spärlich für den Preis

Empfehlenswert für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Ein merklich in die Jahre gekommenes, jedoch sehr sauberes Hotel in der besten Lage. Die Badewanne ist so hoch, dass ich mit meinen 162 cm noch einsteigen konnte. Kleinere Gäste hätten da keine Chance. Das Personal sehr jung und unerfahren, aber freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Netter Empfang. Auch während des Aufenthalts stets gute Laune an Rezeption oder im Frühstücksraum. Lage könnte nicht besser sein. 1 min vom Hauptbahnhof weg, direkt neben der Schwebebahnhaltestelle (die ich nicht als störend empfunden habe), am Anfang der Einkaufsstraße, schräg gegenüber von einer Mall mit vielen Geschäften, verschiedene Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis von 5 min. Zimmer (Einzelzimmer) groß, Teppichboden, mit Blick auf den Bahnhof der Schwebebahn (meins zumindest), Ablagen und Stauraum vorhanden. Einziger Minuspunkt war das sehr kleine Badezimmer ohne Halterung für den Duschkopf - man kann aber damit leben. Frühstück war super. Alles da, was man so brauchen kann. Ach so, für Gruppen nur bedingt geeignet, in den Fahrstuhl passen max. 2 Leute mit Gepäck. Wenn dann alle auf einmal gehen wollen ... Bonus: Es gibt für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes ein kostenloses Ticket für die Öffis (inklusive Schwebebahn). Wenn ich mal wieder in der Gegend bin, komme ich gerne wieder.

Kleines, älteres Hotel, aber alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Defizite am Hotel macht aber das echt total nette Personal wett! Frühstück war gut.
