Vacation apartment in Würzburg city with balcony incl. parking in front of the door

The modern, 75m² apartment can accommodate up to 7 adults. A toddler can sleep in the parents' double bed. There is also space for a baby travel bed. The apartment is located in a trendy area, close to the center and still quiet. The old town can be reached in 4 minutes by tram. A parking space reserved for you is right on the doorstep (up to two additional parking spaces can be provided if available). The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of the house. Please note that there is no elevator.

A tram stop is a two-minute walk away. It takes you to the market square, train station, congress center or university hospitals without changing trains. The S. Oliver Arena (concerts and other events take place here) can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There is a public green area behind the house. A few meters further you are already on the Main and along the river you can enjoy a wonderful view of the fortress and the "Käppele" while you walk into town. There is a bakery with breakfast and coffee in the house. In the immediate vicinity there is a pharmacy, doctors, bank, hairdresser, a grocery store and much more.

Small children who sleep in their parents' bed or in their own cot are free of charge.

Smoking is only possible on the balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment!

Your stay ends at 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Extension possible for a surcharge.

Ich war insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Bei der Gesamtwertung ziehe ich einen Stern ab, weil die Lage im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug für mich eine Herausforderung war.

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Sie ist sehr geräumig und alles an Geschirr und Utensilien ist vorhanden, inclusive Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Toller, sonniger Westbalkon. Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, etwas zusammengewürfelt, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Mit vollbesetzung von 6- 7 Personen könnte es mit dem einen Badezimmer knapp werden bzw man muss sich halt gut absprechen. Der Fußweg zur Innenstadt zieht sich etwas, Bus und Straßenbahn sind aber in der Nähe. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, sollte beachten dass die Wohnung im 4. Og liegt und es keinen Aufzug gibt.

Mit einer Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen war die Wohnung zum Schlafen total in Ordnung. Alles ist sauber, Check in und allgemein die Kommunikation waren gut. Die Bilder lassen die Wohnung gemütlicher wirken als Sie ist. Insgesamt ist alles etwas kühl und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Zum Schlafen in Würzburg mit guter Anbindung ins Zentrum für eine größere Gruppe in Ordnung. Für das Gebotene insgesamt schon recht teuer.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Auch in Küche und Bad ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder.

Ich it haben die Wohnung mit 7 Personen gebucht. Der Checkin Vorgang lief super problemlos und die Wohnung ist unweit von der Innenstadt gelegen. Wir sind oft zu Fuß gelaufen (ca 15-20 Minuten zur City), es fährt aber auch alle ca. 10 Minuten eine Straßenbahn in die Stadt. Wir konnten sogar schon etwas früher in die Wohnung, was auch sehr praktisch war. Die Vermieterin Eleonora ist super nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG und hat 7 bequeme Betten. Ausstattungstechnisch ist alles da was gebraucht wird, und war auch alles sauber (inkl. Handtücher und Bettwäsche). Checkout war ebenso unkompliziert. Also alles tip top. Kann man weiterempfehlen! Das einzige was wir nicht verstanden haben, ist warum das Schneidebrett festgeklebt ist.

We liked the clean appartment and convenient location being close to a beautiful walk on the river, short walk to the street train station, there's great grocery shopping close by as well as a baker, and a great donor shop. Host was friendly and very responsive to our needs. Yes, you'll have to climb the stairs to the fourth floor but that will keep you fit after all the good German food, LOL.

Wir (7 Freunde) haben den Wochenendausflug in Würzburg sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ca. 15-20 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn vom Stadtzentrum entfernt und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. In der Wohnung selber war alles vorhanden, was in eine Ferienwohnung gehört... auf jedem Fall haben wir nichts vermisst. :-D Als Wermutstropfen könnte maximal erwähnt werden, dass im Inserat steht, dass im Haus eine Bäckerei ansässig ist... die haben wir dann allerdings nicht gesehen.

Die Wohnung war für uns optimal. Es gab einen Parkplatz und einen schönen Balkon; weiterhin ist die Lage ruhig, aber doch relativ zentral. Das die Wohnung ohne Fahrstuhl im vierten Geschoss lag, war uns ja vorher bekennt.... Die Kommunikation war vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt immer schnell und freundlich. Check-In und -Out war sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
