“The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "An airport hotel within. walking distance from LHR Terminal 4, a very good choice for long transit or short stay by the airport, especially when you travel with heavy luggages, and you don't wanna take any transportation. The hotel staff Amber was very helpful, she listened to our plans, giving us a room that was located at the level of skybridge, which allowed us to go out faster. The room was clean and spacious, overall a very good airport hotel."
